"Oh, we should be checking to see what we have here." Remus said, because Sirius glancing at his knapsack gave him that idea. Remus was still wearing the black robes with his prefect badge on them, so there was that inventory done. His wand was on him; thank god for that.
Which left whatever was in his own knapsack. "Open your bag and see what else you have besides textbooks." Remus already started to do the same for his own bag. Seeing as he was on his way to potions, he had a few items in there especially for the class, but nothing extraordinary.
After pushing aside some pieces of parchment, a bottle of ink, and a few quills, he started, grabbing what looked to be a blank piece of parchment.
"Found the map. Not that it'll do us much good, not being in the castle, but." Remus shrugged.
